Company Description Shrijay Foils Limited is a greenfield aluminum foil manufacturer located in the Mundamba Industrial Area, Khordha, Odisha. The plant produces food- and pharma-grade aluminum foil in AA8011 and AA8079, ranging from 6 to 50 microns, as well as AA8021 foil for cold-form blister applications.

With an installed capacity of approximately 1,500 MT per month, the company serves flexible packaging, pharma blister, household, and lamination converters across India and international markets. Customers rely on Shrijay Foils Limited for committed delivery timelines, consistent gauge and surface quality, and a single point of accountability from foil stock to finished coil.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PPC Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The PPC Executive will be responsible for production planning and control activities, including preparing daily and weekly production schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams, and ensuring optimal utilization of machinery and materials.

The role involves monitoring order status, tracking inventory levels, aligning production capacity with customer delivery commitments, and updating relevant documentation and reports.



The PPC Executive will also support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, help resolve bottlenecks, and communicate timelines and changes to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage inventory, track material requirements, and align production capacity with customer orders and delivery dates.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and other planning or ERP tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Solid understanding of basic quality, safety, and operational procedures relevant to industrial or packaging operations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability for identifying and addressing production bottlenecks.
- Previous experience in PPC, production coordination, or supply chain within metals, packaging, or similar industries is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, production, operations management, or a related field is desirable.
