Job Overview

Gashwa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and results-oriented PPC Executive with expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising, campaign management, audience targeting, keyword research, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for PPC campaigns.
- Create effective ad copies and select appropriate audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient use of campaign spending.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign goals.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase leads, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.




- Stay updated with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital advertising trends and policies.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads.
- Valuable understanding of PPC campaign structures and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Experience

Freshers with relevant knowledge and practical experience can apply. Candidates with proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns will be preferred.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and expertise.
