Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules, capacity planning, and material requirements planning (MRP) to meet delivery targets and optimize workflows.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality control, and other departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials, machinery, and resources.
- Monitor production processes, analyze data for bottlenecks, and implement improvements using ERP systems and lean principles.
- Manage inventory levels, forecast production needs, and prepare reports on order status, costs, and efficiency for management review.
- Liaise between sales, engineering, and shop floor teams to expedite orders, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
