About the Role

We are looking for a PPC Ads Manager who can own marketplace advertising end to end across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has run campaigns at scale, knows the levers that move ROAS and ACOS, and can take full ownership of client accounts without hand holding. You will be the person clients trust with their ad budgets and the person your team looks to for direction.

If you are equally comfortable pulling a bid report early in the morning and presenting a growth plan to a client that same evening, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end PPC strategy and execution across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms for a portfolio of brands
- Build, launch, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and equivalent ad formats across marketplaces
- Set and manage budgets, bids,



and targeting to hit agreed ROAS, ACOS, and revenue goals
- Run keyword research, competitor analysis, and search term mining to uncover new growth pockets
- Monitor performance daily and make data backed decisions on scaling, pausing, and reallocating spend
- Lead client conversations with clarity and confidence, from weekly reviews to quarterly strategy
- Partner with cataloging, creative, and brand teams so listings and creatives support ad performance
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to speed up research, reporting, and campaign analysis
- Mentor junior analysts and set the standard for how marketplace advertising is done at RB2F
- Stay ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and quick commerce trends

Candidate Education Qualification Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus, though strong hands-on experience matters more
- Certifications in Amazon Advertising or other marketplace platforms are welcome

Candidate Experience Requirements

- 3 plus years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces
- Direct experience with quick commerce advertising is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of owning accounts and hitting performance targets independently
- Deep comfort with bulk sheets, campaign structures, and marketplace ad consoles
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable leading client meetings
- High ownership mindset with the ability to lead without waiting to be told
- Working familiarity with AI tools for research and productivity
