Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & PowerBI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Python, and PySpark (Positive to have). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards for data visualization and business insights.
- Utilize Python and PySpark for data processing, transformation, and analytics.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and other enterprise applications.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data security, governance,



and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, Power BI, and big data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Python, and PySpark.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, SQL, and data modelling for Power BI.
- Experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or other big data frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge on Python Automation techniques.
