Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Power BI Trainer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex raw data into actionable dashboards, write efficient DAX measures, and optimize data models to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.
- Data Modeling: Develop robust tabular data models, establishing star/snowflake schemas and relationships across multiple data sources.
- DAX & Power Query: Write clean, efficient DAX calculations (calculated columns, measures, and tables) and use Power Query (M) for data transformation and ETL.
- Data Integration: Connect Power BI to various structured and unstructured data sources (SQL Server, Excel, REST APIs, Cloud databases).
- Performance Optimization: Optimize report performance, DAX queries, and dataset refresh times.
- Power BI Service Management: Manage workspace permissions,



scheduled refreshes, row-level security (RLS), and gateway configurations.
- Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, document data flows, and deliver BI solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications : Qualified experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst.

Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query (M).Database & Querying.

Strong SQL skills for querying, data validation, and extraction.

Data Architecturesolid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Certification in Microsoft Power BI (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst).
- Familiarity with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory) or Databricks.
- Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics within Power BI.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
