Description:

Power Automate Development:

Design, develop, and deploy robust Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.

Create custom connectors, templates, and flows to meet specific business requirements.

Utilize advanced functionalities of Power Automate, such as expressions, loops, conditions, and error handling, to build effective workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

L3 Support

Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to Power Automate workflows and connectors.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and problems within defined SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Power BI Dashboard Development

Develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards to present data insights and analytics.

Create data models, visualizations, and reports using Power BI Desktop and other related tools.

Implement advanced features such as DAX calculations, filters, and drill-down capabilities to enhance dashboard functionality.

Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure accurate and meaningful representation of data.

Integration and Connectivity:

Integrate Power Automate workflows with various Microsoft and third-party applications, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Office 365, and others

Configure and manage connections, APIs, and authentication mechanisms to ensure





Instances Migration

Plan and execute the migration of Power Automate and Power BI instances between environments

Ensure seamless transfer of workflows, connectors, dashboards, and data sources while minimizing downtime and impact on operations.

Perform pre-migration assessments and post-migration validation to ensure data integrity and functionality.

Quality Assurance and Testing

Conduct thorough testing of Power Automate workflows to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

Develop test cases and scripts to validate workflow behavior under different scenarios.

Collaborate with QA teams to perform integration testing and regression testing.

Documentation and Training

Document technical specifications, design documents, and standard operating procedures related to Power Automate solutions.

Create user guides and training materials for end-users and support teams.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users and support personnel with Power Automate knowledge.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest features, best practices, and industry trends related to Power Automate and workflow automation.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing workflows and optimize performance.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline support processes and enhance service delivery.
