High-Speed Post-Silicon Electrical Characterization Engineer (35 yrs)

Job Summary

Hiring a hands-on engineer for high-speed post-silicon electrical characterization and validation of interfaces like PCIe, DDR, USB using high-speed lab equipment. Candidate should execute test plans, debug issues, analyze results, and document measurement reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Characterize and validate high-speed interfaces (PCIe/DDR/USB)




- Perform electrical testing and post-silicon measurements
- Use oscilloscope, protocol analyzer, BERT, power analyzers, signal generators
- Execute test plans, debug issues, publish reports
- Work with architecture/design/validation teams

Mandatory Skills

- Post-silicon validation / electrical characterization
- High-speed interfaces: PCIe, DDR4/DDR5, USB
- Signal integrity basics
- Instruments: Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, BERT/pattern generator
- Scripting: Python / C++ / LabVIEW / VBA
- Schematic & datasheet interpretation
