Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute product development trials for recent insecticides & Bio Products
- Evaluate technical performance and recommend positioning
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for data generation
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales to understand needs and provide technical support
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety norms, and statutory requirements
- Build and maintain external collaborations (ICAR, SAUs, KVKs, etc.)
- Maintain documentation and data repository of all trials and product evaluations

Job Requirements : Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Crop Protection Product Development

Hands-on experience in multi-location trials, field protocol design, and technical evaluation

Exposure to Regulatory Affairs and Marketing coordination desirable

Strong technical knowledge of insecticides and pest management practices

Project planning, execution, and data analysis skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to train and influence internal and external stakeholders

High level of ownership and agility
