Podcast Trailer Editor

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site) | Full-Time

We're hiring a Podcast Trailer Editor to join Oneup Creatives, a video and podcast production agency working with clients across the health, finance, and sports niches.

What you'll do:

- Edit engaging podcast trailers from raw episode footage
- Craft strong hooks and narrative structure to drive clicks to the full episode
- Build trailers in After Effects with clean motion graphics and text treatments
- Collaborate with the team on revisions based on client feedback

What we're looking for:

- Solid storytelling instinct; you know how to spot a compelling moment and shape it into a hook
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects
- Sharp editing eye for pacing and audience retention
- Prior experience editing podcast trailers, YouTube shorts, or social clips preferred
