Resource will need to work in shift (12:30 to 9:30 IST). Work from office on most of the days of week unless agreed differently by client resource manager.
Resource & Capacity Management
- Completes resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
- Provide up-to-date information on all resources, particularly availability.
- Ability to forecast the workload and take pro-active steps.
- Manage and maintain resource allocation to projects
- Experience using project management tools and excel effectively
- Track resource utilization across projects
- Highlight capacity constraints and support demand forecasting
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding of project resources
