1. Job Purpose

To carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, testing and repair works at interior project sites as per approved drawings, project requirements, safety standards and quality specifications.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Plumbing Installation

- Execute plumbing works at interior and commercial project sites.
- Install water supply, drainage and waste-water piping systems.
- Install CP fittings, sanitary fittings, valves, traps and related plumbing fixtures.
- Carry out pipe cutting, threading, joining, fitting and installation.
- Install pipes through walls, floors, ceilings and service areas as per site requirements.
- Connect wash basins, sinks, toilets, urinals and other plumbing fixtures.
- Carry out concealed and exposed plumbing works as required.

B. Site Execution
- Study plumbing drawings and instructions provided by the Site Engineer.
- Mark plumbing points and routes according to approved drawings.
- Coordinate plumbing activities with civil, electrical, carpentry, ceiling and other site teams.
- Ensure proper alignment, slope and positioning of pipes and fittings.




- Complete assigned plumbing work within the project schedule.
- Report site-level plumbing requirements and problems to the Site Engineer.

C. Testing & Quality
- Conduct pressure testing of water supply lines.
- Check drainage lines for proper flow and leakage.
- Identify and rectify leakage, blockage and joint-related problems.
- Ensure proper sealing and finishing of plumbing connections.
- Maintain required quality standards in installation and finishing.
- Rectify plumbing defects identified during inspection or handover.

D. Maintenance & Repair
- Attend to plumbing breakdowns and site complaints.
- Repair leaking pipes, taps, valves, fittings and drainage connections.
- Clear blockages in drainage and waste-water lines.
- Replace damaged plumbing components when required.
- Support maintenance activities during project completion and handover.

E. Material & Tools
- Use plumbing materials such as pipes, fittings, valves, sealants, adhesives and fixtures correctly.
- Handle plumbing tools and equipment safely.
- Check materials before installation and report shortages or damaged materials.
- Avoid unnecessary material wastage.
- Maintain and take care of company/site tools and equipment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
