Pod Media Labs is looking for 3-5 excellent video editors :-

Please Do Not Apply if you have not worked with International podcasts before or do not have detailed knowledge of video editing. It will help us save us some time to shortlist the right person.

- ✂️ Podcast cutting & pacing — knowing what to cut, what to keep, and why
- ? Smooth multi-camera switching and hiding jump cuts naturally
- ?️ Riverside podcast editing and working with separately recorded audio/video tracks
- ???? Excellent English comprehension — this is extremely significant, as we primarily work with US & UK-based podcasts
- ? Basic audio cleanup and syncing
- ? Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand the conversation while editing

We are NOT looking for a motion graphics editor.

We are only hiring for professional long-form podcast editing, cuts, pacing, and camera selection.

No motion graphics, fancy edits, flashy effects is needed. Just basic but detailed understanding of cutting based on the interview/conversation.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Work expectation: Maximum of 2 complete podcast episodes per working day and minimum of 1 episode to be delivered by the end of each working day.

Responsibilities:-

- Edit long-form US & UK-based podcast episodes professionally.
- Maintain natural pacing and conversational flow without making edits feel abrupt
- Smooth and accurate multi-camera switching based on who is speaking, reactions, and context
- Review the complete episode before delivery and ensure there are no missed cuts, awkward switches, sync issues, black frames, or editing errors.
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding missing files, recording issues, or anything that could affect the final delivery.

UK-based podcast episodes professionally.
