PLC & HMI Programmer – Automation & Controls

We are looking for a PLC & HMI Programmer with hands-on experience in industrial and machine automation. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, machine testing, troubleshooting, debugging and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs using Ladder Logic.
- Design and modify HMI screens for machines.
- Work on machine automation and control systems.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, motors, VFDs, servo drives and other devices.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI and machine-related issues.
- Test and debug machines before delivery.
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Understand machine sequences, interlocks, alarms and control logic.
- Coordinate with Electrical and Mechanical teams during machine development.
- Provide technical support during machine commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Travel to customer locations when required.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in PLC Programming and HMI Programming.
- Good knowledge of Ladder Logic.
- Experience in Industrial Automation / Machine Automation.




- Knowledge of any one or more PLC platforms: ( Siemens/ Mitsubishi / Omron / Delta/ Allen-Bradley)
- Knowledge of VFD and Servo is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of industrial communication such as Modbus, Profinet or Ethernet/IP.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience in Machine Building / SPM / Automation Machinery is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for machine installation and commissioning.

Education Diploma / BE / B.Tech in:

- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electronics
- Instrumentation
- Automation
- Other relevant engineering disciplines

Experience 2 - 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in PLC & HMI programming and industrial/machine automation.
