We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Playgroup Teacher to nurture and support the early development of children . The teacher will create a secure, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play and exploration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development
- Create a safe, secure, and positive classroom environment
- Manage daily routines including meals, naps, and hygiene
- Encourage language development through storytelling, rhymes, and interactive play
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and share feedback with parents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Handle kids with patience, empathy, and care
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with toddlers or in a preschool setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
- Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
