We are looking for a Platform Management Executive to manage and maintain product and seller-related activities on our e-commerce marketplace. The role involves product listing, seller coordination, product verification, category and brand management, and ensuring accurate and high-quality information across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with sellers regarding product information, documents, images, pricing, and listing requirements.
- Review and verify product details before publishing them on the platform.
- Manage product categories, brands, attributes, and marketplace data.
- Identify and resolve product listing errors, content issues, and platform-related discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sellers to collect missing or incorrect product information.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and other listing details.




- Monitor marketplace products and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Support seller onboarding by assisting with product uploads and listing-related requirements.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Relations, Development, and other internal teams to resolve platform-related issues.
- Track daily and weekly product management activities and meet assigned productivity targets.
- Identify recurring platform or listing issues and communicate them to the concerned team for resolution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers with a strong interest in e-commerce and platform management can apply

Work Mode :Hybrid
