We are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mould Die Fitter with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection mould fitting, maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities: Mould dismantling, fitting, assembly and maintenance. Troubleshooting mould defects such as flash, mismatch and ejection problems. Work on core, cavity, ejector system, guide pillars, bushes and other mould components. Perform grinding, filing, polishing, drilling and fitting work. Check mould alignment and dimensional accuracy. Handle preventive and breakdown mould maintenance. Ensure moulds are properly maintained and ready for production.
