We are hiring a Plant HR for a leading TMT Manufacturing Company in Durgapur/Barjora, West Bengal.

Location: Durgapur / Barjora, West Bengal

Position: Plant HR

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Industry: TMT / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a peaceful and productive shop-floor environment and handle employee/worker disputes.

Support union/worker negotiations and industrial relations activities.

Ensure compliance with Factories Act, PF, ESI, Contract Labour regulations and other applicable labour laws.

Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment, onboarding and manpower deployment.

Handle attendance, shift rosters, overtime records and payroll inputs.

Hands-on experience with HRMS / attendance / payroll systems.





Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

Conduct and support safety awareness initiatives and promote a strong plant culture.

Coordinate with relevant government authorities for statutory and labour-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills

- Degree in HR / Business Administration / Industrial Relations / MSW / MBA-HR or any Graduate.
- Hands-on exposure to manufacturing/plant HR operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Valuable conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience managing blue-collar manpower and shop-floor HR activities.
