Position: HR Manager / Plant HR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant HR qualified who can independently manage the complete HR function of the manufacturing plant, including employees, workers and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete HR operations of the plant independently.

Handle recruitment, manpower planning and interviews for workers, staff, engineers and other positions.

Manage employee/worker grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.

Handle attendance, leave, shifts, overtime and payroll-related activities.

Manage contract labour and coordinate with manpower agencies.

Ensure statutory and labour law compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, etc.

Maintain employee records, HR MIS and HR documentation.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Finance and other departments for manpower requirements.

Maintain discipline and positive employee relations across the plant.





Support management in all HR-related matters and ensure smooth plant operations.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.

Experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR preferred.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws and statutory compliance.

Good communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.

- Should be capable of independently handling the complete plant HR function.
