Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager with strong hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing to lead end-to-end operations of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end beverage plant operations, production planning and execution.
- Drive production efficiency, OEE, yield improvement and cost optimization.
- Oversee Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Warehouse & Dispatch.
- Lead CAPEX, plant expansion, commissioning and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, GMP, HACCP and other applicable standards.
- Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring strong people management, productivity and operational discipline.
- Drive continuous improvement,



operational excellence and achievement of plant KPIs.

Key Requirements:

- 10–15 years of total experience with strong Beverage Industry experience – Mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager / Plant Head in a beverage manufacturing facility.
- Solid exposure to beverage production, bottling/packaging, utilities and plant operations.
- Proven experience in managing large plant teams and cross-functional operations.
- Candidates from Beverage Manufacturing only will be considered.
