1. ROLE OBJECTIVE

To plan and execute production against orders, ensure continuous process monitoring, maintain plant equipment, ensure safety in shopfloor, manage manpower and job work execution, and support costing and process development to meet dispatch and business requirements

1. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To work as per the strategic goals of the company, keeping the vision and mission of the company in mind

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Planning & Scheduling

Plan and indent raw material and packing material as per order (JR), as per requirement

Plan daily production as per JRs and manpower availability

Execute daily planning format

Release raw material requisition format

Schedule daily dispatch

Process Monitoring

Monitor production process round the clock

Ensure inprocess QC checks and approvals

Maintain operational safety in all operations

Maintenance

Plan and execute preventive maintenance weekly/monthly

Execute breakdown maintenance as per requirement

Compliance & Audit Coordination

Participate in ISO and QMS recertification and surveillance audits as required





Assist during customer audits to address production process and capability queries

Coordinate shop floor access, records and worker availability during internal audits of staff and shop floor workers

Support HSE/safety audits (internal and statutory) as the accountable person for the production floor

Assist with statutory/regulatory inspections touching production operations (MPCB, effluent, hazardous waste)

Stock & Output Recording

Take weekly and monthly stock

Record daily production output

Handle scrap as per requirement

Manpower Management

Handle and manage manpower daily

Execute shift arrangements with workers weekly

Job Work & Site Execution

Execute job work of different products at the job worker's site, as per requirement

Administration & Coordination

Monitor petty cash and local purchase of sundry items monthly

Submit product costing from time to time, as per requirement

Interact with suppliers and customers as per requirement

Protect company confidential information

Any other task assigned by management from time to time depending on business requirement
