Role & responsibilities

Process optimization: Improve refining processes like distillation, cracking, and blending.

Equipment maintenance: Oversee pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, pipelines, and reactors.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical or process issues quickly.

Safety compliance: Ensure adherence to strict industrial and to ev environmental safety standards.

Project management: Handle upgrades, shutdowns (turnarounds),

Energy efficiency: Reduce fuel consumption and operational costs

Skills Required

Solid understanding of mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering

Knowledge of refinery processes (crude oil separation, treatment, etc.) loading & unloading to tankers.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking, to lead the plant

Familiarity with safety systems and regulations.

Ability to work under pressure in Industrial environments.
