Experiance: Minimum 5 Year Experiance
We are looking for a Planning Manager to lead planning and coordination of agricultural projects, field activities, and organizational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project plans and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with field teams, farmers, FPOs, SHGs, and stakeholders.
- Plan agricultural training, awareness campaigns, and field visits.
- Track project progress and submit periodic reports.
- Ensure timely execution of agriculture and rural development programs.
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and documentation.
Skills Required
- Solid planning and coordination skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of agriculture, rural development, and project management.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on experience and skills). Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
