Urgent Hiring – Civil Planning & Billing Engineer

Agrani Group is looking for a Civil Planning & Billing Engineer with experience in planning, billing, and quantity estimation for building construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Project (MSP), Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), and client/contractor billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and monitor reinforcement quantities.
- Handle client and contractor billing, RA bills, and quantity verification.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Prepare DPRs, progress reports, and MIS reports.




- Assist in planning resources, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and billing records.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in planning and billing for building construction projects.
- Good knowledge of MS Project (MSP), BBS, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
