We are looking for a Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination activities for marine, HVAC, and mechanical projects.

Experience: Experienced personnel preferred – Marine / Shipyard / HVAC / Mechanical project experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
- Monitor daily and weekly project progress against planned targets.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify delays, constraints, and deviations from the project schedule.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion of works.
- Maintain project records, progress updates,



and planning documentation.
- Assist in preparing work schedules, resource plans, and progress measurements.
- Coordinate with management and site teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of MS Excel and project planning tools.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple project activities.
- Understanding of project execution and site operations.
- Marine / Shipyard / HVAC project experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
