About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Placement Success Management (PSM) to own the placement-readiness function across all campuses.

The PSM Head will be responsible for developing and executing the overall placement-readiness strategy, including interview preparation, resume building, career readiness, and structured student support across the complete student population.

The role will proactively identify and segment students into top, average, and bottom-quartile performers , design targeted support programs for each segment, and ensure consistent placement-readiness standards across all campuses.

The role will also lead and manage a distributed team of approximately 40 PSM Executives deployed across campuses and will be accountable for placement-readiness outcomes and reporting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the placement-readiness strategy across all campuses.
- Design and implement programs for interview preparation, resume building, communication, and career readiness .
- Develop a framework to proactively identify and categorize students into top, average, and bottom-quartile readiness tiers .
- Design differentiated support programs for each student segment, with increased focus on mid- and bottom-quartile students.
- Hire, train, manage, and drive performance of the ~40-member PSM Executive team .
- Build standardized playbooks, SOPs, SLAs, trackers,



and delivery standards for PSM activities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of placement-readiness processes across campuses.
- Track student coverage, segmentation, readiness improvement, and placement-related outcomes.
- Prepare consolidated reports and dashboards for organizational leadership.
- Work closely with Co-Curricular/GRIT, Student Relationship, University Partnerships , and other relevant teams.
- Use data and student outcomes to continuously improve placement-readiness programs.

- Tier-wise improvement in placement readiness and outcomes.
- Performance and SLA adherence of PSM Executives.
- Consistent adoption of PSM playbooks and standards across campuses.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Placement, Career Services, Campus Recruitment, Student Outcomes, or similar functions at scale .
- Experience building or significantly improving interview preparation, resume coaching, or career-readiness programs .
- Proven experience managing a large, distributed, on-ground team of around 40 members.
- Strong understanding of employer expectations and candidate/placement readiness.
- Strong data-driven and outcome-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, coaching, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to build processes, SLAs, playbooks, and performance frameworks across multiple campuses.

Preferred Background Candidates from EdTech/Bootcamps, Corporate Campus Talent Acquisition, Staffing/RPO, Training & Placement institutions, Recruitment Consulting, or Career Coaching organizations would be relevant for this role.
