Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pizza Chef role based in Ludhiana.

The Pizza

Chef prepares dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients, ensuring all items meet the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards. Daily responsibilities include cooking pizzas to order, managing oven temperatures and timing, and organizing the workstation for efficient service. The role also involves maintaining strict hygiene and food safety practices, monitoring inventory of key ingredients, and supporting food preparation for other menu items as needed.





The Pizza

Chef collaborates with the kitchen team, communicates with front-of-house staff during busy periods, and helps keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organized.

Qualifications

- Strong food preparation skills, including ingredient handling, dough preparation, and basic Food & Beverage knowledge.
- Proficiency in Cooking pizzas and related menu items, with an understanding of oven operation and timing.
- Commitment to Hygiene and food safety standards, including cleanliness, safe storage, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to prepare and balance Sauces and toppings to achieve consistent flavor and quality.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or pizzeria, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, work shifts, and handle peak service times calmly and efficiently.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Culinary training or certification is an advantage but not required.
