Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and administer customized physical therapy programs to help patients restore mobility, alleviate pain, improve strength, and recover from injury, illness, or surgery. You will work closely with patients of varying age groups and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough physical evaluations, review medical histories, and diagnose movement dysfunctions or physical impairments.
- Treatment Planning: Formulate individualized treatment plans with realistic, measurable goals tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Therapy Delivery: Execute manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, and functional re-training.
- Progress Monitoring: Re-assess patient progress regularly, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, ergonomics, and post-rehabilitation strategies.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Equipment & Safety: Ensure proper usage, safety, and hygiene standards of all physiotherapy equipment and clinical spaces.

Key Role & Core Competencies

- Primary Function:



Direct clinical care provider and movement specialist focused on functional rehabilitation.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong proficiency in musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to assess complex conditions and adapt treatment plans effectively.
- Empathy & Patience: Ability to motivate patients undergoing painful or lengthy recovery processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid state/national Physiotherapy Board license or registration (e.g., AHPRA, HCPC, State Board License depending on region).
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (Fresh graduates with strong internship background welcome).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required. Specialized certifications (e.g., Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, Orthopedics) are a strong plus.
- Skills: Hands-on manual therapy skills, working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) software, and physical stamina to perform therapeutic maneuvers.
