Role Description The English Teacher will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum for assigned grades, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The role also involves designing classroom activities, supporting exam preparation, participating in staff meetings, and contributing to school events and co-curricular programs.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based at Springfield School in Jaipur, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues, students, and guardians to support academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing diverse student groups.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design age-appropriate and curriculum-aligned learning activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with students, families, and staff.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at school level, preferably in ICSE/ISC or similar curricula.
- Ability to use classroom technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and a learner-centered approach.
