Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.
- Conduct Load, Stress, Volume, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability testing.
- Analyze application, database, and server performance metrics.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization solutions.
- Monitor system resources including CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization.
- Prepare performance testing reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Validate system stability and response times against defined SLAs.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in requirement reviews and capacity planning activities.
- Create and maintain performance testing documentation and best practices.

Required Skills
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and concepts.




- Experience in scripting and correlation using performance testing tools.
- Good understanding of Web, API, and Database performance testing.
- Experience in analyzing application logs and performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, TCP/IP.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database performance analysis.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, Current Relic, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in Microservices and Distributed System performance testing.
- Exposure to Performance Engineering concepts.
- Scripting knowledge in Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell Scripting.
- Experience with API performance testing and benchmarking
