Designation | Performance Test Engineer Qualification | BE (Computer Science) Experience (in years) | 5 | Requirement: Performance Tester Technical Competencies – Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on Software Performance testing (Neoload and JMeter). (Max exp not to exceed 7 yrs) Must have: Strong understanding of Performance Testing concepts including Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testing. Solid hands-on experience with NeoLoad for scripting, scenario design, test execution, monitoring, and reporting. Solid experience on NeoLoad cloud exeution and reporting Good experience with Apache JMeter for protocol-level performance testing and distributed load generation.

Expertise in performance test lifecycle including workload modeling, test planning, execution, analysis, and tuning recommendations. Strong understanding of performance engineering methodologies and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Hands-on experience in protocol identification, correlation, parameterization, and script enhancement.

Hands-on experience in preparing performance test reports, executive dashboards, and management summaries.





Experience integrating NeoLoad/JMeter with CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to automation and AI-assisted scripting using tools such as GitHub Copilot. Ability to work as both an Individual Contributor and lead a performance testing team. Exposure to GitHub will be good to have.

Good to have: Knowledge of SAP ERP based applications Exposure to GitHub Actions will be positive. Exposure to Salesforce will be an added advantage. Exposure to Web Services testing (SOAP UI and REST) will be advantage. Knowledge of JIRA or any Agile management tool or bug tracking tool Exp.

Experience of test Planning and test designing experience. Exposure to Agile methodologies will be good a positive. Any ISTQB certification. (good to have) Skilled Attributes - Excellent written and oral communication skills for client-facing.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Ability to work closely with stakeholders and Business Analysts to gather/understand requirements. Flexibility, Agility and Adaptability are must-haves to be successful in this role.
