We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to plan, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up campaigns, audiences, targeting, budgets, and ad placements.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with the creative team for performance-focused ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.




- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform changes.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Positive understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Previous experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency is preferred.
