Role & responsibilities

- Own and lead the digital marketing strategy with a focus on growth, user acquisition, and revenue while optimizing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other sponsored publisher channels.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize marketing ROI.

- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to craft compelling ad creatives and landing pages for better engagement and conversions.

- Implement growth loops and A/B testing frameworks to continuously refine marketing campaigns.

- Work closely with Tech, Product, and Data Analytics teams to build automation, improve tracking, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging performance marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge.





Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a high-growth B2C startup, preferably in the EdTech space.

- Hands-on expertise in managing large-scale performance marketing budgets and optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid acquisition channels.

- Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Robust problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to growth challenges.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.

- Experience in project management and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
