About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audiences, and conversion tracking
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance data
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with creative,



content, SEO, and strategy teams
- Take ownership of campaign performance and optimisation

Mandatory RequirementsHands-on experience with ALL THREE platforms is compulsory:

1. Facebook & Instagram Ads
2. Google Ads
3. LinkedIn Ads

Candidates with experience in only one or two platforms will not be considered. Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant performance marketing experience
- Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimisation
- Experience managing advertising budgets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup through reporting and optimisation
