Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, and audience segments.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, social media, and business teams to develop high-performing campaigns.




- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify recent opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and UTM parameters.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, advertising policies, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of digital advertising, campaign optimization, and conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager is preferred.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaig

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
