What You'll Do

- Own Meta Ads & performance marketing across 15+ brands.
- Drive B2B, franchise, partner and high-ticket lead generation.
- Optimise the complete funnel from Lead → MQL → SQL → Conversion.
- Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, testing and campaign scaling.
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team.
- Work closely with Sales, Creative and Leadership to improve lead quality and revenue outcomes.
- Explore AI, ChatGPT,



automation and new-age acquisition channels to build scalable growth strategies.

What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years in Performance Marketing / Growth / Digital Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Experience with high-ticket products/services, franchise, SaaS, education, real estate or similar businesses is a plus.
- Experience managing/mentoring a performance marketing team.
- Robust understanding of MQL, SQL, CAC, conversion and funnel optimisation.
- Data-driven, experimental and AI-curious mindset.
