Zepomart Etail Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

We are looking for someone who is analytical, performance-driven, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in E-commerce Performance Marketing.

Freshers with a solid interest in digital marketing and e-commerce are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meta.

- Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

- Manage and optimize Flipkart Ads campaigns to improve visibility and sales.

- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, conversions, ad spend, and sales.

- Optimize campaigns through keyword selection, bidding, budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign structure.

- Analyze campaign and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor daily campaign performance and take corrective actions when required.

- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.

- Coordinate with Marketplace, Content, Design, and Product teams for campaign execution.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports/MIS.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools,



and best practices in Amazon, Flipkart, and Meta advertising.

- Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, E-commerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketplace Advertising.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meta Ads is preferred.
- Strong interest in E-commerce and Performance Marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand and analyze campaign performance data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
