Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to meet client objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, developing campaign strategies, managing ad placements, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing results to improve ROI.

Executive will collaborate with creative, sales, and account teams to align messaging with campaign goals and ensure timely delivery.



The role also includes preparing performance reports, presenting insights to stakeholders, and suggesting data-informed improvements for future campaigns.

Qualifications

- Solid market planning and marketing skills to design and implement performance-focused campaigns.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, presenting insights, and interacting with clients.
- Exposure to sales and performance tracking to understand conversion funnels and campaign impact on revenue.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools is beneficial.
- Capability to work on-site in Vijayawada, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in performance marketing or advertising agency environments is an advantage.
