Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise lead-generation campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads.

- Manage and scale monthly ad budgets of ₹10 lakh or more.

- Test campaigns, audiences, creatives, offers, copy, and lead forms.

- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality.

- Track performance across CPL, qualified lead rate, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Identify performance gaps across the funnel and take corrective action.

- Work with the creative team on recent ad concepts, hooks, and messaging.

- Use sales feedback to optimise campaigns for actual conversions, not vanity metrics.

- Support Google Ads and other acquisition channels where relevant.

- Contribute ideas for Kraya’s organic content and growth initiatives.
