Role Description The Doctor will provide comprehensive dental care to children, including examinations, preventive treatments, restorations, and minor oral surgical procedures when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, educating children and caregivers on oral hygiene, and maintaining detailed patient records. The role also involves creating a reassuring and friendly environment, managing dental anxiety, and collaborating with clinic staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



requiring consistent presence in the clinic and active participation in maintaining clinical standards and protocols.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry, with the ability to integrate general medical considerations into dental treatment plans.
- Specialized expertise in Pediatric Dentistry, including behavior management, preventive care, and child-specific treatment techniques.
- Proficiency in Oral Surgery and Dental Care for pediatric patients, including routine procedures and management of common dental emergencies.
- Recognized dental degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution; MDS in Pediatric Dentistry or related specialty preferred.
- Valid professional license/registration to practice dentistry, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to children and caregivers and build trust with families.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team, maintain accurate documentation, and follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Prior experience in a pediatric dental setting or child-focused healthcare environment is an must
