Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Physiotherapist role based in Gurugram.
The Pediatric
Physiotherapist will assess children’s motor skills, posture, strength, balance, and functional abilities, and develop individualized treatment plans using standardized tools and clinical judgment. Daily tasks include delivering therapeutic interventions, demonstrating exercises to caregivers, monitoring progress, and updating documentation in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves collaborating with other clinical team members to provide coordinated care, participating in case discussions, and contributing to holistic treatment strategies.
The Pediatric
Physiotherapist will also educate families on home programs,
safety, and long-term management, while maintaining a child-friendly, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Formal education in physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy), with specialization or demonstrable experience in pediatric physiotherapy.
- Strong skills in pediatric assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions for developmental, neuromuscular, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with children, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records, documenting progress, and using basic digital tools or clinic software for scheduling and reporting.
- Capacity to manage a clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and provide consistent, compassionate, and ethical care in a busy in office environment.
- Comfort working with diverse families and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices that respect all backgrounds and abilities.
- Relevant licenses or registrations as required by local regulations; prior experience in a pediatric or rehabilitation setting is highly beneficial.
- Ongoing interest in professional development, including staying updated on pediatric therapy techniques, guidelines, and best practices.
