US Healthcare Scheduler / Virtual Care Coordinator
Location: Delhi / NCR
Experience: 1–4 Years
Shift: US Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments for US healthcare providers.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate virtual/telehealth appointments and follow-ups.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and appointment requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
- Coordinate with doctors, providers, and internal healthcare teams.
- Reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments as required.
- Resolve patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare processes and data privacy requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
