To perform various pathological tests, experiments, and procedures as per policy.

· To prepare specimens, follow detailed manual tests and oversee automated analysis tests.

· To help clinicians to detect, diagnose and treat diseases, both new and old.

· To prepare samples for analysis, use equipment to locate microorganisms.

· To monitor tests and procedures, analyse the chemical content of fluids.

· To match blood for transfusion and test for drug levels in the blood.

· Work as a team member and take care of any other assignments entrusted from time to time.

· To give proper hand over of the pending work at the time of changing shifts.

· To talk very politely and gently with the patient and their relatives.

· Be disciplined & punctual, avoid late coming & absenteeism.

· Follow organizations rules & regulations.

· Any other professional work as assigned by seniors.
