Job Title Patent Office Associate Location Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Required Number 1 Qualification Professionals with M.Tech / B.Tech / M.Sc. with 3 to 4 years of relevant / industry experience.
- Managing Patent Applications from University Researchers from filing of application until grant.
- Reviewing and analysing applications for patentability, novelty, completeness, and commercial potential.
- Interfacing with Researchers on their Applications and answering queries as and when they arise.
- Working with our Lawyers on applications from Prior Art Evaluation, drafting, filing and post filing documentation including prosecution
- Acting as intermediary between lawyers and researchers and ensuring that the key timelines are met for drafting, filing and prosecution
- File Management, Email monitoring, Prior art searches, and Documentation Management.
