About the Role ivyedgesop is looking for a motivated and confident Part-Time Telecaller (Remote) to connect with prospective students and their parents, understand their study-abroad requirements, and schedule qualified counselling conversations with our admissions team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and can communicate clearly and professionally.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to student and parent enquiries.
- Understand student profiles, study-abroad goals, preferred countries, courses, budget, and intake.
- Explain ivyedgesop’s counselling and admissions services clearly.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and readiness.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone and WhatsApp.
- Schedule qualified leads for counselling or admissions consultations.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and update lead status.




- Work closely with the admissions team to improve lead conversion and student experience.

Qualifications

- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Hindi/Kannada or other regional-language proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Persuasive, professional, and student-friendly communication style.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, student recruitment, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
