Flexsin is hiring a Paid Media Expert to join our dynamic team and build a rewarding career. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

:

- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

- Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and return on ad spend.

- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, ad placements, and creatives.

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and platform insights.

- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

- Prepare regular campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

- Identify trends and opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign efficiency.

- Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting options, and paid media trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Robust understanding of paid search, paid social, keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

- Knowledge of campaign tracking, UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.

- Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in client communication to understand their marketing goals, campaign requirements, and business objectives.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
