Role Description The Page Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Goa, India. The individual in this role will oversee the planning, creation, and daily management of content across designated social media pages and platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather inputs, publishing and updating content, monitoring engagement and feedback, and maintaining a structured content calendar. The Page Manager will track performance metrics,



recommend improvements based on data and audience insights, and ensure timely responses or escalations when needed. The role also involves supporting campaign execution, maintaining brand voice, and contributing to streamlined workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content planning, page management, and organizing information for digital platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and audience metrics to inform content decisions and improve engagement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with using content management systems and basic digital tools; willingness to learn new software.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, political science, business, media studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in policy, politics, consulting, or strategic communication is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Goa, India, and maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.
