Job Summary

We are looking for a Packing, QC & Dispatch Executive to join our Karnal office.

This is a hands-on role. Your primary responsibility will be to perform quality checks, pack customer orders securely, generate shipping labels, schedule shipments through logistics portals such as Shiprocket, and coordinate dispatch with courier partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks (QC) on every finished product before dispatch.
- Pack customer orders safely using the required packaging materials.
- Print and attach shipping labels and invoices.
- Schedule shipments through Shiprocket and other logistics portals.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups.




- Verify customer details before dispatch.
- Ensure every order is packed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking.
- Keep the packing and dispatch area clean and organized.
- Support inventory counting and stock organization whenever required.
- Assist in other operational tasks as assigned by the management.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Comfortable using computers and online portals.
- Must be willing to perform hands-on packing and dispatch work.
- Good attention to detail and responsible work attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ₹10,000 - 12000 per month
