About The Cinnamon Kitchen The Cinnamon Kitchen is a fast-growing gluten-free snacking brand focused on creating healthy, delicious, and mindful snacking options. We are looking for a hands-on Packaging Supervisor who can manage daily packaging operations and ensure products are packed efficiently while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day packaging operations and activities.
- Allocate work to packaging staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure products are packed accurately according to defined specifications.




- Monitor packaging quality, quantity, labeling, sealing, and presentation.
- Ensure correct batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and other product information are mentioned on packaging.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain daily packaging and production records.
- Monitor packaging material inventory and inform the concerned team about shortages or requirements.
- Minimize packaging material wastage and ensure productive utilization.
