Role Description As the Owner of Dermiglam, the individual will oversee all aspects of business operations, including product planning, brand positioning, and daily store or office management in Purba Medinipur. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising staff, managing inventory and supply chains, and ensuring consistent product quality and customer satisfaction. The Owner will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, maintain vendor and partner relationships, and monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include setting business goals, reviewing market trends in skincare,



ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role requires hands-on involvement in strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of business processes.

Qualifications

- Strong business management and leadership abilities, including experience overseeing operations, finances, and team performance.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing activities, such as brand development, customer engagement, and local market promotions.
- Knowledge of skincare or beauty products, with an interest in ingredients, product quality, and consumer trends in the Indian market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Capability in planning, organization, and problem-solving, with attention to detail and accountability for results.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Purba Medinipur and manage day-to-day operations directly.
- Prior experience in retail, cosmetics, or small business ownership is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in business, management, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience is valued.
